Averad Pack - With added vitality on player window - New tgt windows

Im just finishing off adding the vitality indicaters to averads pack, and its been agreed i can upload the new version.

I would like to also use taco-man's targeting windows, but he has yet to respond to my PM about using them.

As soon as i get permission to add them on this mod, then i shall upload the new UI version, as well as my personal layout of the UI (slightly different to averads).
