Default ProfitUI Hotbars Setup Not Saving

Anyone ever have a problem with their window and hotbar placement not saving?

I installed Profit on my gf's computer, we messed with hotbar and window location for a while until perfected. I then used the in game EQ2 Button > Options > UI > Save function to name the set up and save it.

But when she logs out and logs back in, the set up of the hotbars goes screwy... and I can't use the load function to reload the saved file.

Some of the hotbars stay where we put them, some revert. The chat windows we mess with revert.

Any suggestions. She is running Windows 7.

that command is for the keyboard layout. Your hotbars should save by simply camping which saves the char settings. There is a command to save ui settings but for the life of me I don't remember it as I haven't used it in ages.

What would be nice is a command to just reset the Hotbars, or even the the whole ProfitUI back to it's default.

/load_uisettings and select the Profit setting matching your screen resolution is the easiest way,
