Idea to new Guild window

Hi all UI authors - ive been sitting with an idea of adding a Team speak or something like that to the guild window so you dont have to download Team speak to your computer and run it each time you want to chat via. voice to guildies or friends, so, heres the job/idea or whatever: Can you add a Voice chat to the Guild window, something that you can turn on and off etc? Or would you have to create a whole new voice chat system to do this?
