Default Call me a simpleton but still need help

I have set things up as described but still don't see anything but the default skin. However, my EQII program is installed on a second drive (E and I assume that is my problem. What do I need to change in the configuration? Thanks for your assistance. I miss my old EQ type screen!

you need to put the files inside your UI directory inside the EQ2 folder *where ever you installed it*

DO NOT USE /LOADUI...

use the eq2.ini file that is included to autoload. (you have to restart EQ2)
