Default Chat during zoning

I used to remember over 2 years ago how to turn off the chat during zoning. It is the only thing I really don't like about Fetish. I hardly ever use it since I zone so fast and it usually looks meh. I don't mind looking at the loading screen. How do I get rid of the shrinked art w/ odd blue tinge?

Try deleting eq2ui_hud_zoning.xml from your fetish install (or just rename it to something else), that should restore the default zoning window, which covers the full screen.

Well tried it and it is closer. It got rid of the micro mini blue tinged loading screen. I do get a sorta normal loading screen but it is sort of out of whack due to having chat at the bottom of the screen still. I am still looking to get rid of the chat during zoning now.

Is the loading screen off-center perhaps? The standard loading screen should hide your chat windows.

Create a new directory Everquest II/UI/Work
Copy the following default files into that directory...
eq2ui.xml
eq2ui_hud.xml
eq2ui_hud_zoning.xml

Launch UIBuilder and open...
Everquest II/UI/Work/eq2ui.xml

In the lefthand tree list, select the very first page named "root"
In the lower "Properties" panel, change the size to 1280,1024

Now lower in the tree list find "HUD" and expand it by clicking the plus.
Left-Click "Zoning" to select it.
Choose "Save" from the file menu.

Close UIBuilder, and choose "No" when prompted to save your workspace.

Now copy Everquest II/UI/Work/eq2ui_hud_zoning.xml from you Work directory to you Fetish directory.
