Default Chat Focus Keys Auto-disabled
Not exactly a bug, more of a requested change...

Problem: A few windows automatically disable standard keys presses that set focus to the chat entry window. Examples include the Market Window and Zoning screen.

Request: Would be nice to have this be a switchable UI parapm, possibly with multiple switches for the various keydowns (Backspace, Enter, Slash).

Example Command: ChatFocusOn="B,E,S"
