You could use these 2 items they can be both run on there own and can be hidden so when you play other chars they don't show.

even tho this stays on the screen you can set it to be invisable and only show up when j.cap is cast

once set up just use a macro to open it up if you wish or not either way works fine and that one is just fixed to your Trouby sinces its opened by Macro.
DragowulfUI SpellTimer Window may also be handy for your Templar if you so wish just a slight heads up on that
There maybe others but ive used theses 2 myself and they both work well
