The Tithe bar is there in this latest version -- in the middle, the white one.
You can click the number of Tithe points at the left end of the bar to open the Tithe window, too.
The XP vials, I'm not sure about. Is there another mod out there that shows them? I'll poke around and see if it's feasible.
