The Arcane Castbar isnt possible to make yet due to size issues. Most people use more than 1 castbar. With the way the ui is made only 12 spots can be used per bar. Until i figure something out here is a Small Castbar with no lables and clutter. I did try to split the grafx but that didnt work.
