Well, you don't usually bump threads which are still at the top of the forum.
Anyway, Rothgar has likely already seen this thread (and you know he knows the other one where this was discussed), but as you will notice there's rarely ever a dev response in here. Also the issue as such should be well known at SOE. So bumping this thread has limited value. It is likely just a server load/bandwidth question, I assume.
