I got it working. Turns out I had an old version of the
eq2ui_popup_add_poi.xml file. It was listed in the
eq2map_ignorelist.xml file and as such wasn't getting updated.
I think at some point with the DrumsUI interface it needed to be added in there or for some other reason it was.
I was just able to add a POI with this dialog.
