Umm Yea, you have an error in one or more of your xml files. The cause could be any number of things. A tag not being closed ( which is one of your errors being reported), missing open or close quotations, an illegal character ( &, ", etc ... ). Looks like you have one if not more files that is FUBAR'ed...
