The only thing I've done is to remove the references to the Fetish Mini-map as it wasn't working properly ... wouldn't resize back to normal after being shrunk, the map would resize but the window would stay the shrunk size.
Wouldn't think the black popup window would be linked to anything with the fetish maps or loading screen but I'm open to suggestions.  |
Try a fresh install of 1.8f and see if it still happens.
