On the Quest Journal they added a Background behind the Number of Current Quests you have, and the Number of Quests Completed. After talking to one of the SoE QA guys today, when they said there were big changes to the Quest Journal they were refering to the Dropdown Box that they added on the last big patch. That Dropdown is going to display Quest Journal Sort Options, but as of this morning they hadn't turned on that feature server side, although it is mentioned in the Patch Notes for 4/14 on the Test Server.
