I'll be updating the above guide to reflect this, but
I figured out a solution to avoid needing to ever relog with spell names that have an apostrophe in it.
Simply wrap the whole spell name in double quotes and it'll work just fine.
Ex:
useabilityonplayer SELECTED "Garsin's Funeral March"
