Did you use your own ui_settings.ini file? If not it should be just over the target window. According to what you have cl_letter_box_amount set it, it could be under the target window. Do /show_window MainHud.impliedtarget , if it isn't showing now, do /cl_letter_box_amount 0.18095 . Yes I should of forced eq to use that setting in the eq2.ini file:/ I'll have it in there in the next release.
