crafting hotkeys only work if you use mouse first
When I am crafting, I cannot just hit 1-6 to use craft skills.
First I must click one of the skill buttons with the mouse, then after that I can use 1-6.
Clicking the window does not give keyboard focus for some reason, it must be one of the actual skill buttons.
