Update: Finally fixed it after reinstallation.
Problem found: Jhaan's Avaarad mod pack. Something must have broke with LU12 (Which I missed while I was out of commission with my gfx card)
If anyone happens to still be looking at it and patched it, it'd be nice to update the site so those of us who swear by it can still use it. THank you to all those who helped me so far
