Sorry for late reply. Don't check forums unless I'm updating my UI.
When I first got into this game the scale that NPCs coned at was 7. Later they elongated it it think to 10.
Old Scale(Reletive to current):
Red: 3+
Orange: +2
Yellow: +1
White: Current Level
Blue: -1
Green: -2
Grey: 3-
New Scale:
Red: 5+
Orange: +4
Yellow: +2
White: Current Level
Blue: -2
Green: -4
Grey: 5-
I think I did the math right. But you get the general idea.
