That one should work, I think I finished changing all the styles before I stopped playing for a while.
The power bar window activates along with another window but I dont recall exactly what one so,
In options make sure that you allow all main hud windows to be closed
Then toggle (alt+u) twice if that dont make it show then (alt+t) , (alt+c) , (alt+p)
