Hmm, I don't know of anything offhand. At any rate, the UI cannot obtain this sort of data. It can technically see(unless filtered) the highest numbers that appear... but not what spell they belonged to.
This is more in the realm of log parsing(which I'm also a part of
)... but nothing does exactly what you're after, though it would not be hard to make a plugin that did so. It just doesn't exist yet.
ACT(a log parser) by itself would keep track of high hits for only as long as the program was open, then discard the data. A plugin could retain this data over sessions and keep the data in one place to view.
