I was wondering if there is a way to make the spell effect window to be something like the Maintained window that Findarato made.

It really doesnt need to have the name of the spell or who its casted on, but the duration would be nice. I am fairly new to this, if not I would be trying to make it myself. Does anyone know if this is even possible? Thanks in advance.
