It's not a problem with your UI (ie FetishNightfall) but rather your uisettings.xml file. You need to open that file and remove the channel reference to Level_80. I don't have the exact line it appears as handy at this moment, if you cannot find it I'll take a look at my files tonight and let you know exactly what to remove.
