Default Skyshrine Logo and Dungeon Maker fixes. for GU63
Apparently, not everyone is having trouble with this, but the below files will fix the Skyshrine logo on the login screen for anyone that does (eq2ui_loginscreen.xml), and add the "Play as Avatar" button to the Dungeon Maker window (eq2ui_playerhousing_browseratings.xml).
