Not easily. The maps are part of EQ2Map, not Profit, and you can install that on it's own (just make a new folder for it in the UI folder and select that from the UI Directory pull-down in the Options dialog in EQ2Map, the map installer will populate things automatically). It looks like the bag window is one of the ones that's not heavily tied to Profit-specific setup, but it does use Profit-specific styles so you'd need to extract all the style-related Profit files and cons up a new eq2ui_custom.xml file to load just them. It's not hard per se, just a bit time-consuming to track down everything needed (or alternatively play around in UIBuilder to find default styles that'll work and then update the bag window XML to use those).
