Selected update on the db patcher, and no difference.
so I took at look at eq2ui_mainhud.xml
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_g15.xml</include> <-- not in there
adding this fixed it.
(nor is clock hideable or the map fog button)
Am I jumping the gun? heh
edit: and I also re-downloaded the patcher to make sure.
