There are now more amenities available in East, North and South Freeport, including bankers, menders, and mariner's bells to summon transportation in and out. Similar amenities are now also available in North and South Qeynos.

I just popped onto test to check. There are bells in 3 of 4 zones in both cities. West FP & Eldar Grove (despite the fact that Eldar has a defunct dock) don't have them. The NFP bell is hardly convenient unless you live at one of the expensive houses. Overall a great addition.
