I just went through all the blues again and they were all blue.
I don't know what's going on with that.
Which blue do you want and i'll see if I can upload here and you can manually place them where they need to go

Just download gm9's skin pack as it's the same thing.
I just took his pack and made it available through the ThorUI AU.
