browser problem
 

practically every time i use a link in the quest window or something similar to launch the browser, the screen flashes a few seconds later and eq crashes. Anyone else having this problem? I have a feeling it's ui related

Easy way to test it, just rename your custom UI folder. Try the browser again, if it still crashes then it isn't UI related. If it doesn't crash then post what interface mods your using. :)

My comp crashes to, when i use the browser.

Xul.dll i causing the error.

Im using Othesus Four Tabbed Browser with bookmarks for GU 35.

just go back to full screen and the error mess will hide, the only thing is that the browser isnt working untill restart.

If you can keep playing it doesn't sound like your entire computer is crashing. xul.dll is the Mozilla library.

What site is crashing the browser? Try viewing the site with the default browser.

Im trying to find out why, will be back later when i know more.

I do think the problem was related to eq2i.com.

The browser doesnt crash now when eq2i is working. :)
