Default Chat

is anyone else having problems with having the chat not staying channel ? For example I like to keep my chat in group but everytime I do a say or guild then time I chat its in the channel. Not sure if its a problem or if that is the play it is now.

BTW I am using the Fetish Nightfall UI dont know if that matters or not.
