Changing existing borders ect. ?
 

All I want to do is clone and rename the existing UI and use its graphics as a templete. How? I can't find a working .dds converter and all the info I find on the UIbuilder is what it can do not how to do it. Is there a guide somewhere to do simple tasks like this?
