in the det window where you have to mouse over the icon to see what the det does and how much longer is has left on you can you make it show the count down timer on the icon where we can see it without having to move the mouse over it like the timers on the maintained spell windows have ?

Short answer is No. The data to that window is supplied server side and pulled each time you hover over a icon. The only thing client side is the icon ID and that isn't easy to get via their ui script.
