Quest icons in target window (Test server only)
 

Updates to the target window and images for the new icons indicating quest updates off of mobs. I'm putting this up for use on the test servers only, this is not live yet and may not go live for a while. I've run some tests myself and it seems to be working, but it can always stand a more thorough workout on test if anyone cares to.

I've done a quick test and all seems well. Not sure when I might have time to do more thorough checking, but it passes sanity test.

I *like* this. It's something I've always wanted and never thought to ask for.
