How to get to the coordinates like -16, 43, -282 ?

Just need to use the command: /loc

No, to create a marker / trail to given coordinates you use /way (or /waypoint) followed by the coords. /loc only tells you your current coordinates.
For example, /way -16, 43, -282 |
