What's included in the initial release:
* Bottom bar files from post #20
* Market presets from #28
* Market window and XP bar from #30
* Bank from #31
* Guild from #34
* Trade window from #38
* Community from #39

What's not included in this release:
* The Info Center. This was only about 10% of the total data, but it tripled the number of files to keep track of.

* Most color themes. Besides the two optional themes that have been included all along, there were over 70 more color themes, each with 5 DDS graphics files. Those appear to be way out of date. Again, we're talking about a burden on the host that I don't think is justified.

* Sigrdrifa's "ENTER to accept" mods. This is kind of specialized and probably should be kept as a separate add-on.
