Customize the widescreen view

what i would really love to see is the ability to have all the black area of the widescreen at the bottom instead of being split equally between top and bottom
if there is any possiblity of this happening i would be eternally grateful.

Edit: ok i'll explain.. i used a BLANK eq2ui_mainhud_letterboxframe.xml and they still came up. apperently, that file really is for the stupid gold bars, and thats it.
