Ingnore list ?
 

I would like to beable to take of out of the ignore list this file or files what ever

how do i edit and where do i look for the filder to enable skinnable elements thank you

The reason the file is on the ignore list is that your UI as a custom file for that.
You can edit the eq2map_ignorelist.xml file in you UI dir and remove the entry , but the file will then be replaced with the default eq2map file and might alter the way your mini map window looks like.
