Stange graphical problem - not sure if Profit is the cause.

Hey all.

I just hit level 50 last night with my Necromancer and picked up the Lich spell (Adept III). When you use it, it transforms your avatar into a skeleton with a green glow around it. Funny thing is, is that the green glow does not show up on my character unless I hit the 'I' key to open up my character/equipment sheet. I tried messing with the opacity of the window and I noticed whenever I turn the opacity all the way to zero the green glow goes dissapears but when I turn the opacity back up the green glow comes back.

Is this a UI problem? Can anyone think of a possible reason why the character/equipment window would have any affect on the particle system of my character? Sorry, I just didn't know where else to post.

this is not a ProfitUI issue. Happens with all UIs and not only with Lich, but all spells that have these animated cloud effects (try Misty Image, or if you are a Defiler your "purple cloud").

graphic glitch

well we want to know how to fix this issue ?

You should /bug this to get SOE to do their work and fix this. The game has been having display problems that could be resolved by opening the inventory since before launch back in 2004, it don't even want to know what their code looks like that causes this. :p

The current issue is two months old now. It's only yourself who can't see the effects, everyone else sees them just fine.
