Adornment window
 

Not sure where else to ask but I am curious about the adornment window. Sony made a change that forced you to take several extra steps to adorn an item. They then released a message that they would add an option to disable this junk. Is this something that DrumsUI has to add in or is it something that is already in the ui somewhere?

That functionality is controlled by the game options window (Alt+O). IIRC it's in User Interface > Game Features all the way at the end of this section, something like "Select items to adorn manually" that you need to check.

Thanks, I have looked for this option several times. None of my peers knew where it was either.

I did finally find it in case others ask. It is in User Interface > Game Windows at the bottom of this section.

I do not know what possessed the devs to come up with this, I never saw any chat complaining about how hard it was to use adornments. I can only assume that someone at SoE came up with this on a night of drinking and pushed it through the process. Sadly this was a lot of wasted effort as it really didn't work well in the end. Adding several more clicks to the adorning process was time wasted fixing other real bugs.
