Removal of random ! spawns
 

I'll be going through zone-by-zone and removing the random ! spawn POIs, leaving the object-click page POIs or fixed page (e.g. RoK language pages) POIs.

I will be updating this thread with the zones that I have completed as I go along. If anyone sees any that I happened to miss once I report a zone as "Done" here, please report it either in this thread or using the "Report Bad POI" link.
