SubclassDetector donot work again,but ...

My original posted thread had closed, read first bellow thread if you have not.
http://www.eq2interface.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=12222

Maybe i'd found something.
3 days ago,SubclassDetector did not work again. 2 days ago,it was good.
And yesterday, after server maintebance,it was bad. So,i tried several things.
International server players have "locale" folder in EverquestII folder, contains transration dictionary file for localization. But i always rename this folder for using AdvancedCombatTracker.
Once,i did not rename "locale" folder and played, updated SubclassDetector worked well.
And SubclassDetector in 4.8.2 was worked well without "locale" folder.
I suppose that active data of subclass name had be changed by server maintenance at Jan.14. As a result, different subclass name (maybe Japanese or English) will return with or without "locale" folder.
This is my supposing above, but not so far from truth,i think.
Thanks.

The reason is that the subclass detector now detects the language of your client and then proceeds to only check the subclass names specific to your language.

If you delete the locale folder you defeat that logic. Is there any advantage to deleting the locale folder (which I had never heard was being done and therefore did not consider it in the code) as opposed to putting the command cl_language English into your eq2.ini (which is the supported way to switch the client language)?

If you can't use cl_language for whatever reason I can add some code that falls back to using the English subclass names if for some reason the localized subclass name is not found.

The advantage to delete (or rename) locale folder is only for using AdvancedCombatTracker. it's a useful log analyzer, but does not correspond to Japanese.so Japanese players need to delete locale folder to use ACT.
This method is introduced in Japanese Wiki,so many Japanese players are doing that.

I tried cl_language English command in eq2.ini,but EQ2 client program terminated with error bofore charactor selection.

I'd not able to know subclass detector was updated because i egnored that at updater. I'd confirmed that is work good without locale folder.
Thanks a lot.
