Figured I'd drop in to give yal an update...

I was leaving to vacation in Europe for a month when Sony was hacked. Back now but am busy catching up with RL work, so not much help with the UI for now. Haven't even had time to re-activate my accounts.

Yes I do still play but to be honest, my enthusiasm for EQ2 has been on the decline for a while, due partly to SOE's lackluster support for the modding community in recent years, partly to the direction they've taken the game, and partly to a steady increase in RL workload. The recent hack and Sony's response hasn't helped, nor did the complete lack of any mention of EQ2 by Sony in their keynote address at E3.

I expect I will eventually get back in-game to release at least 1 more update. Weather I'll be actively supporting the UI after that depends on several factors I can't predict ATM. In the meantime...

Thanks to everyone helping with patches and work-arounds. Also a big thanks to all the loyal fans, its because of all of you that I will for sure release at least 1 more update ;)

oh Zonx I hope you had a BLAST on vacation !!!!

There has been a wonderful person trying to update it for you though ... and I want to thank him also ... I haven't tried his patch but AAAAA for gettin in there and workin on it :)
If I cant get you to stay ... I will hug your neck and thank you profusely for updating us again .... *sighs sadly and weeps as she shuffles off* :(

I'm with Wynd. I don't post much at all, but I couldn't live without your UI. Nothing against the others, but yours just works the best for the way I set up my windows and the way I control my character.

I'm really hoping you decide to stay and keep Fetish updated, but if you do decide to let it fall by the wayside (RL stuff is always more important, and it's ultimately your decision to make, not mine) then I just wish you the best of fortunes in the future.

FETISH UI FOREVER!

You have created a real following Zonx that I know will be quite saddened by your absence both in game and here on the Interface networlks. Since my beginning EQ2 yours is the only UI I have ever used outside of the basic of course since I dont think fetish was available at launch ;). Bravo to you for creating a well crafted adaptable interface that fulfills the needs of so many of us. Hate to see you go but as others have said and will say we do wish you the best in all your future endeavors! And hope that in our hearts you may change your mind and stick around for a good while longer!!

Yeah Been using your UI since its release and i can't even remember what the default UI looks like, lol

I've deleted the odd html file so it works with updates here and there
then put them back and so, however for most part Fetish is my default UI...

four accounts between hubby and I .... *well he has one and I have three ... hehehehe* ....
I give kudos to the other UI authors ... but there is one ... and only ONE ...Zonx and Fetish .... I have gotten every person I know to try Fetish .... Hubby has walked many many folks thru how to install n such ...... then they also couldn't believe how they ever played without it..
just saying Zonx ... if you decide to leave ...
not sure about anyone else ... but I will gladly pay you to keep our UI going .... yep ... I said OUR ... we will not relinquish it if we can possibly keep it :)
