Rangers Double Attack not showing
 

Rangers new AA tree, Multishot line, final rank, Double Attack of 10% does not come up in the double attack window under ProphetUI.

I believe this is a display problem.

The display of the double attack percentage in either Persona window or bottom bar is based on data that is pushed directly from SOE's server. So if that is incorrect there's a good chance either your AA is not working or they push incorrect data. Anyway, /bug is the way to go in this case.
