GAMEPLAY- The Disk of Blyze should now be properly received upon completion of Burglars Afoot.
- Fixed an error causing dual wielders to get an improved proc chance
- Fixed an issue that was causing an extra delay between when you pressed a key and the hotkey was triggered.
- Changing group looting modes while a loot lotto is running will properly stop the lotto.
