Probs with hot bars and chat box

I have installed 3 different times and every time my (unlocked) hot bars are not moveable. There is no icon that allows me to move them.

Everything else works fine and can be moved but this last time the chat box was showing my entry typing on top of the last line of chat so that I could not read what I typed until I hit enter. I saw nothing under settings causing this and resizing did not help

Go to hotbar options and turn on the spinner. That should give you enough dead space to move the hotbar (the hotbars only move via dead space, but Fetish eliminates just about all of it, except where the spinner is when shown).

Go to the window settings for that chat window and turn Frame + Titlebar on. The next time you hover over the window it will stay up and you won't be typing over the old text anymore. It's a feature Zonx put in to show the maximum amount of text in the chat area; I don't like it myself for that same reason, but it's an ok feature in general.

(It would be best if it moved it up as soon as you started typing instead of when you are hovered over the window, since I never mouse over it while typing. But I don't know if that's possible using the code he has for it, I don't do much modding anymore.)
