Sounds like you arent using the included charater ui ini files.

I guess it doesnt explain this part too well.

Since his mod requires precise postition of each window that info is stored in a file located in your main EQ2 folder. The file name is different for each charater and looks something like this <b>Eq2_servername.charactername.ini</b>. You need to use the ini he included. So you need to rename or delete the one in your EQ2 folder now and then copy this Eq2_server.character.ini to your main EQ2 folder and rename it with your server name and charater name like your old one was.
