Is this still being maintained?
 

I heard recently that the last person to be maintaining Profit stopped unless the community started to pay him. Is this true? Is Profit dead?

No sure there has been anything that needed updating recently.

undelete/restore persona tab never made it in, prob other minor stuff.

There are a few annoying cosmetic issues as of now, but nothing functional that I have found in testing and in daily use. I do make an effort to check all major functionality whenever Daybreak releases a new expansion or fiddles with the core UI. I also try to verify any issues reported here.

I wish I could do more than that, but I'm a test guy and not a coder. I've looked at the code often enough to be certain that the learning curve would be way more than I could handle.

With the upcoming xpac will we have support in keeping profit alive? IMHO, the best UI we have had for eq2.

I honestly don't know the official support status for ProfitUI. What I do know is that I will be be pre-ordering Terrors of Thalumbra and will be working the beta. I will be testing ProfitUI as much as I can and I will be be posting details of any issues I find. If problems do crop up, I'll do my best to help anyone who decides to work on fixes.
