Trouble installing EQ2 Maps

HELP!
I have tried several times to install eq2 maps yet I get an error in the setup phase attached you will find a screenshot of that error I am hoping you can help me "fix" the situation so I can use the updating maps version.

It looks like you're trying to run the .exe within the zipfile. Windows can't do that. You need to unzip the zipfile first, then run the .exe from the folder it was unzipped into.
