Macro Buttons
 

Is it possible to add a 6th or even a 7th macro button to the group window and Maybe more to the raid window?

As a defiler, I would love to be able to have the following setup for groups:
Button 1 = Ancient Shroud
Button 2 = Dire Balm
Button 3 = Sacrificial Restoration
Button 4 = Deathward
Button 5 = Vivication
Button 6 = Reanimate
Button 7 = Ritual of Alactrity

And the following setup for raidss:
Button 1 = Ancient Shroud
Button 2 = Dire Balm
Button 3 = Sacrificial Restoration
Button 4 = Deathward
Button 5 = Vivication
Button 6 = Reanimate

I've tried editing the group and raid window plus the quick raid buttons.

What additional work would be required to add a 6th button (or 7th)?

It will not seem to display, my interface does not stop working, just dosnn't have a 6th button.

Heh, never saw the OP. The answer is likely no.

jboom, adding additional buttons is pretty much copy and paste. Don't forget to replicate the actual scripting that drives the buttons as well though.

I tried adding a 6th button. Did the copy paste and everything. Profit continues working, however, the buttons do not appear. I'm sure i'm doing something wrong but can't seem to get it right.

I know it's a lot to ask, but any chance that a 6th and 7th button could be added (even if with no real functionality) at your leisure? I hate asking because I know you are already so busy but this would be a great addition for me.

is it possible that your group window isnt wide enough to show the extra buttons??

I'm using the compact vertical window, and the 1-5 buttons appear to the right of the name/health and over the cures. there is enough room past that to add at least 2 if not 4 more buttons before the window runs out of space and would have to be made wider.

I have tried this about 3 times. Figure tonight i'll give it another shot. I think i'm likley not copying the entire section/sections that I need to copy. I'm getting a little stuck on the line that defaults the button to shown/hidden.

You need to make the pages called "GroupMemberXButtons" (with X=1 to 6) wider so the buttons fit in.

And just to explain why I don't add more buttons even though there appears to be the space for it: On the group window (regardless of the variant) there is actually only space for one more button (of course you can enlarge it further if you want). However, on the raid window all available space has been filled and I don't want to make it even larger than it already is. So that's why there are 5 buttons. ;)
