Spell effects window

I noticed on my husbands computer that his effects window shows the name of the spell and whether it a group buff or self buff. Mine does not, mine only shows the icon. I tried updating Profit but that didnt work. Any suggestions? I really like this feature...i also saw one that had timers beside the spells also.

Thanks

Run the Updater, and check the Files | Variants menu. There's a list of windows that have variants, and if you select the effects or maintained windows you'll get a list of available variants.

I checked those...mine is on the same settings as my husbands. It doesnt say anything about including the decsription.

In that case you probably resized your window to hide the text. :)

There's actually 3. There's the beneficial and detrimental effects windows, which show all effects currently active on you. Those two windows are icons-only, no text. Then there's the maintained spells window. That shows the spells you're currently maintaining (ones you've cast). It comes in 3 variants: normal (includes text beside the icons, single column of icons), slim (minimal text) and duration-only (shows procs/time remaining on top of the icon, icons pack into the box).

Is there anyway to reduce the icon and font size of the slim maintained spells window? I run into an issue where my maintained spells window overlaps my group window with the 1280 x 1024 configuration.
